Wired Rehab aims to empower individuals in their digital and analog lives.

The internet is what you make it. It can be a place of discovery, exploration, learning and creation. It is only as commercial and invasive as you consent it to be.

Such commercial platforms are designed to be addictive, and even when one acknowledges its participation as a net-negative, and desires to quit, they find it terribly difficult.
